Gatwick opens ‘Onward Travel Centre’
An ‘Onward Travel Centre’ will open at Gatwick South Terminal on October 29.
It will replace the existing Hotelink, Southern Trains and National Express desks in the South Terminal, which will close on the same day.
In the arrivals hall, on the site of the former smoking area, the centre will sell tickets for Southern Trains, Gatwick Express, National Express Coaches, Checker Cars, Hotelink and other public transport operators.
BAA Gatwick said the move is part of an objective to increase the use of public transport by passengers and staff.
“The Onward Travel Centre is one of our many projects designed to put our passengers first,” said Jo Astor, retail director BAA Gatwick.
