A visionary leader is required to take charge of a leading retail travel network

Working closely with the executive team, and with the backing of a successful, global business, you will provide the vision, strategy and leadership required to maximise the financial returns for your organisation and its stakeholders.

In order to achieve the desired results you much be a passionate leader who inspires others and builds strong, effective relationships with both the franchise network and your preferred suppliers.

You are also commercially astute, with highly developed strategic thinking abilities, and you understand the challenges and opportunities facing the retail travel environment.

You have had proven success in a previous senior leadership position, with exposure to consumer marketing and an understanding of retail travel operations.

Previous experience and a passion for the franchise environment is essential, as are highly developed communication skills, strong time management and organisation skills, and the ability to engage your stakeholder group.
