GoAir adds seven new international routes
Indian carrier GoAir is ramping up international expansion with seven new routes unveiled.
Starting on July 19 it will begin flying to Bangkok, Dubai and Kuwait.
It will serve Abu Dhabi, Bangkok and Muscat from Mumbai and Delhi, as well as Kannur-Dubai/Kuwait.
The airline already flies to Abu Dhabi and Muscat from Kannur, and to Phuket from Mumbai, Delh and Bengaluru.
The airline says in is on target to carry its 100 millionth passenger within two years.
It has currently served about 72 million since its launch.
"The network expansion is in sync with our vision to expand out footprint in strategic markets and to grow our business," said Jeh Wadia, managing director, GoAir.
