Going to GO

Wednesday, 14 Oct, 2004 0

Mid-size and niche tour operators and travel agencies that specialize in groups are being offered a new benefit from GO, a leading association of group travel organizers.

The new program is a single net rate group travel insurance program where the organizer determines their own service fee.

GO already has in place an insurance program for individuals that pays referral rates. But the new group plan allows operators and others to cover everyone in a group for one flat per person net rate.

Rates start as low as $34 per person.

The new group plan also provides coverage for the financial failure of airlines, tour operators and cruise lines.
