Going to the dogs again
Pooch Hotel, a 5-star hotel and daycare exclusively for dogs, recently held its grand opening in Sunnyvale near the San Jose Airport.
"There is nothing more important than knowing your pet is safe while you’re away," said founder and CEO Robin Tomb. "Pooch Hotel has gone to great lengths to deliver a higher level of quality services and features in a safe, eco-friendly environment. “
What’s luxury to a dog?
“Unparalleled amenities include an Environmentally-friendly mindset,” says the site, which includes:
—Certified PCSA (Pet Care Service Association) professionals on staff.
—On-call veterinary care.
—Twenty-hour drop-off and pick-up.
—Home pick-up and drop-off is also available.
There’s also an eight-hour daycare center with 15,000 square feet of play space, a customized exercise pool, underwater and land treadmills and massages.
Poochberry facials and tooth brushing are also on the menu.
