EaudeVie, the branded water filtration service, is now moving through upmarket residences and restaurants to engage with the global green hotel market. Currently the company provides water filtration services producing branded water for a number of upmarket restaurants in London and residences including HRH Prince Charles’ homes.
EaudeVie is a low carbon water filtering system that produces freshly filtered, chilled, still and carbonated water drawn from the local mains supply and bottled on-site. It offers a distinctive branded alternative to bottled mineral water or tap.
For restaurants, companies, hospitals or care homes wishing to offer a premium service and guaranteed high quality branded product to their clients, the EaudeVie water filtering system delivers a viable, eco-friendly alternative to bottled mineral water.
The EaudeVie water filtering system operates with a series of all-recyclable, newly-formulated, British– made, EaudeVie ‘Silver 6’ filters to remove chlorine and impurities from mains tap water. A choice of filter cartridge types can be personalised for each location, based on both the local water composition and individual priorities, and ensuring a tailor-made solution for each client. Bespoke filtration ‘by postcode’ means EaudeVie can reflect and respond to the varied geological map in the UK.
The system then chills and optionally carbonates the water before it is bottled in an exclusive, ‘Baccarat’-inspired, Italian-made branded EaudeVie bottle – with different stoppers for still and carbonated. The bottles are re-usable indefinitely.
There is a choice of two products, the first comprising a stainless steel “bottler” cabinet containing the components to filter, chill and carbonate water, prior to dispense into the bespoke, EaudeVie branded bottles. The second product comprises the same components on a smaller scale for use in and behind bars, where space is always at a premium. An exclusive revolutionary new carbonating system ensures minimum noise in public areas.
Many upmarket green hotels are now moving away from purchasing ready-bottled water and taking the inhouse filtration route as a green alternative. The new Park Plaza Westminster Bridge has said it will produce a million bottles a year of its own water for guests.
