Hard Rock announces new global loyalty program
Hard Rock International has announced the launch of a new global loyalty program at its 181 locations worldwide.
Hard Rock Rewards is a unified guest affinity program with two levels of participation. Frequent travelers booking at Hard Rock locations can join at the free level or upgrade to VIP for increased parks and benefits.
Included at both the free and VIP levels are monthly offers, dedicated check-in lines, late check-outs and welcome amenities, as well as a dedicated space on hardrockrewards.com to manage account details on a personalized property map.
Members enrolled in the VIP Program (for an annual fee of $24.95) will get faster point accrual on qualified purchases, a Collector’s Club membership, unlimited priority seating at participating Cafes, complimentary upgrades at participating Hotels and a VIP welcome gift with limited edition pin and designated membership to the Casino Players Club.
VIP members can also get Milestone Rewards for visits to designated "unique" Hard Rock locations around the world. These can be redeemed for iconic Hard Rock collectible items and other perks and benefits.
