Harvey World expands in South West

Tuesday, 25 Aug, 2006 0

Harvey World Travel has opened new branches in Chippenham and Frome as part of ongoing expansion plans.

The move is part of a strategy to open 300 high street branches over the next three years.

The two new openings follow the acquisition of Lets Go Travel’s 32 outlets ranging from Bristol down to Penzance.

The company said both branches will focus on speciality and long-haul holidays and will offer face-face consultation and in-depth destination advice to customers.

Managing director John Donnelly said: “Prior to our acquisition of Lets Go Travel we had already identified both Chippenham and Frome as areas where we felt we needed to move into, and are currently looking at other towns in the South West where we do not have a branch in order to fill in a few small gaps that we still have in this part of the UK.”
