Haven to introduce new-style entertainment at five parks
Haven is rolling out new-style entertainment at five of its coastal holiday parks from March 2017.
It has decided to introduce the ‘Theatre Company’ concept after a successful trial at its newest park, Thornwick Bay, Flamborough, in early 2016.
"After completing an exciting year introducing a new style of family entertainment at Thornwick Bay, we are ready to take the innovative Theatre Company product to more stages in 2017," says Steve Donnelly, head of entertainment at Haven.
Haven’s Theatre Company cast is formed of handpicked performers with professional training at some of London’s best theatre schools, including impressive work credits in theatre, luxury hotels and cruise.
The cast will perform a selection of shows with screen technology, including the rock spectacular ‘Evolution Rock’ and pop tribute show ‘MJ Legend’.
As well as the main stage, holidaymakers can expect Covent Garden style pop-up entertainment, with shows such as ‘Seaside Streetside’ taking place across the five holiday parks, throughout the day and at various locations.
The Theatre Company entertainment offering will be arriving at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Devon, Craig Tara Holiday Park in Ayr, Scotland, Hafan y M-‘r Holiday Park in North Wales, Primrose Valley Holiday Park in Yorkshire and Rockley Park Holiday Park in Dorset in March 2017.
A four-night break starts at £119 for a family of up to four sharing a Standard two bedroom Caravan for at Devon Cliffs, Devon, departing April 24 2017.
