Hays acquires another agency
Hays Travel has made yet another agency acquisition.
It announced the purchase of the Holiday and Flight Centre in Hamilton, Scotland.
The business comprises a single store location with seven staff who will be retained.
“Rosie Rutter, who established her company 23 years ago, asked us to acquire her business and look after her people, which we have done. The business will continue to trade at The Holiday and Flight Centre,” said Hays Chief Operating Officer Jonathon Woodall-Johnston.
The agency’s transition will be supported by Hays’ Head of Brands Graeme Tolchard, and Brands DSM Danny Marish.
“We are impressed by the company’s business model. It has been a pleasure to work with Rosie in the handover, and we wish her all the best with her future plans,” Woodall-Johnston added.
