HC&L hotelier members to get 15-18 percent discount on purchases
The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) and The Sieb Organization, a Phoenix-based global marketing and supply chain management firm have announced a national partnership that will offer AH&LA members competitive foodservice prices, distribution, and marketing offerings via the Hotel Cuisine & Lifestyle (HC&L) initiative.
Qualified HC&L members in good standing will be able to save between 15-18% on their food and non-food purchases through contract pricing and rebate incentive programs.
Sieb will also offer members an integrated base of marketing and programming services designed to boost foodservice sales.
The HC&L initiative was developed by The Sieb Organization in partnership with Sysco Corporation.
AH&LA president Joe McInerney said that the new program will help member hoteliers improve performance and growth in one of the industry’s most difficult areas to manage—food and beverage.
