HEDNA conference to unveil top travel trends
The Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association’s HEDNA conference starting April 28 in Lisbon, Portugal will unveil top travel trends.
Critical topics will include the changing economy, the shift in consumer confidence, globalization versus localization, and pulls versus pull marketing.
Top travel gurus sharing their insights about the outlook for business this year include Henry Harteveldt, vice president and principal analyst at Forrester Research; Dr. Lalia Rach of New York University’s Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management; Mike Nelson, COO of Orbitz Worldwide; and Michael Ball, CEO of WORLDHOTELS.
Expert panels will also delve into social networking, GDS and marketing topics.
The Lisbon meeting will also feature the popular Tech Showcase where attendees can learn about the newest products and services for the hotel distribution community.
HEDNA’s Lisbon meeting will be held at the five-star Corinthia Lisboa Hotel, which is located near the city center.
