Hertz makes senior European appointments
Hertz Europe has made a number of senior appointments in Europe.
Francis Waddington becomes vice president Europe and Rafael Girona has been appointed vice president, field operations and customer experience.
They will both report directly to Michel Taride, group president Hertz International.
Meanwhile, Richard Davies has been appointed as country manager Hertz UK, reporting to Waddington.
Waddington was most recently Hertz VP South Europe and before that held general manager roles at Hertz Italy, Hertz France and Hertz Spain.
Girona most recently served as vice president North Europe and was previously general manager for Hertz in Germany.
He joined the company in 2014 after a 26-year career in Europcar, where his latest role was chief operating officer for 12 years.
Davies has been with Hertz for 25 years, working both in operations and at the UK head office.
