Hertz plans to roll out new high tech outlets
A welcome alternative to lining up in a queue, Hertz has revamped its London, Marble Arch location with a high tech makeover.
Customers have the option to use self-service kiosks which connect with an agent by video, there’s complimentary internet access and a welcome ‘Recharge zone’ for mobile phones and computer devices.
There’s also a ‘Discovery Zone’ to highlight what’s on in London and a ‘Kids Zone’ with computer-based games and drawing packages.
In the UK, new brand updates are planned at additional airports and neighborhood locations throughout 2014, including those at Heathrow, Aberdeen and Newcastle airports.
Michel Taride, Group President, Hertz International, said: "We are in the process of rolling out new or updated formats to all of our global locations by 2015."
