Hillgate starts client webcasts
A quarterly webcast for clients is to be delivered by Hillgate Travel.
The independent travel management company’s first broadcast is a six-minute film details fare saving strategies devised by the company, offering real examples of actual savings.
The downloadable video can be viewed in Windows Media Player or iTunes and can be transferred to an MP3 player for viewing by clients at www.hillgatetravel.com.
Five specific areas are covered in the first film, ranging from combination ticketing to the use of leisure fares.
The next video to be released later this year is entitled Why use a TMC? and will demonstrate how overall savings far outweigh transaction fees.
Subsequent webcasts will deal with a range of subjects including safety and security while travelling.
Business development manager Andrew Burch said: “The webcasts are an efficient and enjoyable way to convey sometimes complex information.”
