Hilton launching Curio brand in Malaysia
Hilton is introducing its Curio Collection brand to Malaysia.
It signed a 15-year management agreement with Inspirasi Langkawi Sdn to construct The Nautilus Resort on the tropical island of Langkawi.
It is slated to launch in 2023 and will have 250 rooms.
The resort will have oceanfront access close to Cenang Beach, which is just nine kilometres from Langkawi Airport.
Amenities planned include three food and beverage venues including a rooftop bar, a kid’s club, a fitness centre and a ballroom and events space.
"We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with Inspirasi Langkawi to bring to life a brand new, unique Curio Collection property," said Guy Phillips, Hilton’s SVP of development for Asia & Australasia.
Hilton currently operates 11 hotels across three brands in Malaysia.
