Holiday destinations for 2009
I am fed up hearing and reading how the fall in value of the pound against the euro and people turning there backs on taking a holiday.
After a short visit to Prague and Krakow last year I am seriously thinking of returning this year considering the currency exchange rates for May 2008 Czeck Koruna 29.00 to the Pound now 28.00 and still increasing in value and July 2008 the Polish Zloty 4 to the Pound now 4.3 this offers excellent value for money.
It may not offer a beach holiday but at least you can visit another country and take in some different cultures and will not break the bank.
So forget the un- affordable costas and spred your wings
