Holiday Hotels adds to management team
Holiday Hotels, the new accommodation-only booking service, has recruited three new members to its senior management team.
Lorraine Kuban joins as business development director, Marcus Wright as marketing manager and Mark Ziles as purchasing director, completing the team headed by Sara Zimmerman.
Ms Kuban joins from her previous position as head of sales and distribution at Airport Express and will be responsible for maintaining and expanding business partnerships with travel and non-travel partners. She will be supported by the Holiday Autos sales team, which will be working across both.
Also joining from Airport Express is Marcus Wright where he was marketing manager for Stansted Express. He will be responsible for establishing a communications plan to raise awareness and product knowledge within the travel trade, for developing a consumer marketing strategy and the website.
Returning to the travel industry after two years in the shipping industry, Mark Ziles fills the position of purchasing director. Previously head of overseas purchasing at holidayexpert.com and before that senior buyer at Thomson, Ziles will now head the Holiday Hotels team of contract managers.
Holiday Hotels’ md Sara Zimmerman said: “Lorraine, Marcus and Mark, are all strong additions to the team giving us an enviable expertise base. Together we will be working to ensure our product becomes the most invaluable tool for agents in satisfying the accommodation needs of their independent travel customers.”
