Holidaybreak camping division attracts interest
Holidaybreak today confirmed receiving “several” expressions of interest in acquiring its camping division.
A statement from the European specialist holiday group, with brands such as Eurocamp and Keycamp, said: “Any possible transaction will be considered on the basis of the value created for shareholders.
“If a sale were to go ahead, it is unlikely to be completed for several months.”
The group said a further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
