Hong Kong’s Disney Explorers Lodge to open next month

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s third hotel is set to open in the spring.
 
Reservations for the new Disney Explorers Lodge are live and it opens to the public on April 30.
 
The seven-storey hotel has 750 hotel rooms, each with a sea view or overlooking one of the four themed gardens in the style of Asia, South America, Africa and Oceania.
 
Each of the gardens is named after an iconic animated character from a Disney movie.
 
It also features three restaurants, the Trading Post merchandise store and the Rain Drop outdoor swimming pool.
 
"Hong Kong Disneyland is committed to investing in new offerings for our guests. Disney Explorers Lodge is not only a fantastic getaway for Disney guests, it’s also a one-of-a-kind hotel experience for those visiting the cosmopolitan city of Hong Kong," said Samuel Lau, executive vice president of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. 
 
"We can’t wait to share all the fun found in the four gardens, all-new restaurants and themed rooms."
 
With the new opening Disney offers 1,750 rooms at the park .
 
Following the 2013 expansion, Hong Kong Disneyland has a total of seven themed lands and  continues to add a comprehensive range of attractions including the all-new Iron Man Experience, the first Marvel-themed attraction at a Disney park.
