Hospitable unveils revamped guest portal
Property management software firm Hospitable has unveiled a major upgrade to its Guest Portal.
This gives independent hosts and property managers a fully branded way to automate upsells, security deposits, rental agreements, and guest verification.
The update gives a more consistent guest experience while giving hosts greater control, and reducing manual tasks.
Hospitable’s Guest Portal now offers custom branding.
Hosts can personalize the portal with their own logo, colors, and even a custom domain.
It makes for consistent branding across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, iCal, and direct bookings.
Hosts can unlock secure new revenue streams by offering personalized upselling, such as early check-ins, late checkouts, movie night bundles and local excursions, directly through all major booking channels.
Hospitable’s AI inserts tailored offers into guest messages via the Guest Portal link.
Hosts can fully customize each upsell with photos, pricing, and descriptions.
The new update also streamlines security deposit handling directly through the Guest Portal.
Deposits are now automatically collected two days before check-in and released two days after checkout.
Rental agreements have also been enhanced and are now fully integrated into the guest experience.
Pierre‑Camille Hamana, CEO of Hospitable said: “Hospitality starts when a guest books. The new Guest Portal brings together everything hosts need to deliver a professional, branded experience from start to finish.”
Hospitable was launched in 2016 as a PMS and has evolved into a short-term rental super app that transcends traditional property management.
