hotels4u back on sale with Hays
Hotels4u has been put back on sale by Hays Travel Group after resolving issues with quality and customer service.
The online accommodation supplier has agreed to a new service level agreement across all areas.
Hay Travel commercial director Jill Gardner said: “We now have a service level agreement in place with hotels4u.com that we are happy with, and as a result have put them back on sale across our network.
“It is extremely important to us that our clients are looked after and the level of service they receive is of utmost importance to us.”
Hotels4u sales and marketing director John Harding said: “We are delighted that we have resolved all matters to the satisfaction of the Hays Travel Group and look forward to helping Hays build their dynamic packaging product in a growing market.”
