The villas have everything you would expect, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, in-house movies, CD player, mini bar and essential for the rainforest a micro insect screened balcony.
The family-owned retreat does not back away from the accolades that include Tatler magazine declaring it the ‘‘best nature spa retreat in the world’’, Conde Nast ranking it the best spa in Australia and the South Pacific (and among the Top 10 in the world) and Harpers and Queen naming it the ‘‘most pampering eco-lodge in the world’’. Numerous awards, including2002-03 Australian Tourism Awards for both Deluxe Accommodation and the Eco-tourism Award, only add to the expectation when embarking on a luxurious escape at the highest-rated rainforest spa resort in the country.
