HRS makes key senior appointment
HRS has appointed Volker Huber to the new role of senior vice president corporate solutions for global corporate customer business.
As a new member of the executive board, Huber directly reports to HRS CEO Tobias Ragge.
The Cologne-based company, which has 21 branches in Europe, Asia and South America, says the appointment will help it to expand its global presence.
Prior to joining HRS, Huber worked for AirPlus where he was responsible for the international establishment of the global business, focusing on the Asian markets, especially China, and the Americas, as well as establishing global customer management.
During the last two years, Huber has lived in Washington D.C. from where he led the international markets and sales teams.
"By adding Volker Huber to our circle, I am delighted that we have gained an expert for business travel who has very successfully set up and led international teams and boasts an excellent global network," said Ragge.
"With him at our side, we are well prepared for expanding our global corporate customer business segment and developing new services that consistently meet the requirements of companies and business travellers."
