HT&E selling Luxury Escapes shareholding
Melbourne based Luxury Escapes (Lux Group Limited) is getting extra funding from a new investor. Auctus Asset Management is buying the current shareholding of HT&E and will also invest a ‘minimum funding of $60 million’ according to the terms of the deal.
HT&E could receive up to $23.2 million for the sale. Luxury Escapes acquired Porter & Sail earlier this year. Luxury Escapes has more than two million subscribers mostly in Asia Pacific, the US and UK.
