Iberia strike leads to flight cancellations today
Iberia’s most recent strike by pilots has led to flight cancellations between London and Madrid today.
Four in-bound flights and four out-bound flights between Heathrow and Madrid have been cancelled.
The same eight flights will be cancelled on Wednesday’s strike.
Partner British Airways says its flights to and from Spain will not be impacted, nor flights operated by Air Nostrum, see previous story.
Iberia pilots are striking over a dispute over parent company International Airlines Group’s plans to create a new Spanish no-frills airline.
