Independence adds Worldspan

Sunday, 23 Nov, 2004 0

Independence Air put its schedule and fares on Worldspan. Said senior vice president of marketing Eric Nordling:

“This is another positive step toward our goal of making it even more convenient for corporate travel managers and agencies to take advantage of Independence Air and out low-fare flights.”

Independence Air fares are also available through the Galileo and Apollo GDS systems.

The airline has apparently modified its original plan to rely solely on direct bookings.

Independence currently has service to 40 destinations. It also announced new service from Washington (Dulles) to Palm Beach Airport starting next February.
