The Mulia Hotels & Resorts signed a partnership with cloud-based solutions provider Trip Affiliates Network for its Indonesia hotels.
Mulia is an independent operator with five Indonesia hotels.
Trip Affiliates Network offers distribution solutions, including digital payment services.
It brings together Asia Pacific hotels, wholesalers and destination management companies into a single open travel ecosystem.
This latest partnership allows Mulia to access TA Network’s online direct booking solutions for offline agents.
Hotels can manage dynamic rates with their agents and wholesalers at the same functionality level as OTAs.
The TA Network platform is designed to leverage on tech solutions adopted by hotels.
TA Network Partners automate their inventory and payment management processes.
This also eliminates overbooking issues associated with room allotments.
TA Network’s digital payment solutions allow hotel clients with virtual card or bank account services to process payments.
