Industry outsider becomes sales boss at Royal Caribbean
Industry outsider Ben Bouldin has joined Royal Caribbean International in the newly-created role of director of sales for the UK and Ireland.
Bouldin, who held a number of senior roles at PepsiCo International, will head up an 18-strong sales team dedicated to the brand.
The new role has been created as part of a decision Royal Caribbean’s parent, RCL Cruises, to restructure its UK business and appoint dedicated teams for each of its brands – Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean International and Azamara Club Cruises.
Bouldin will work alongside Jo Briody, director of marketing and PR for the brand, and supported by head of sales, Steve Williams, both existing members of the Royal Caribbean International team.
They all report to managing director, Stuart Leven, who joined the business in October.
