2. What was your first job? On the sales desk at Hertz Marble Arch
3. First freebie famil? When I got my first job in OZ I got my first Freebie (no wonder I like this place) – it was to London (my home town of course).
4. Favourite holiday destination? Ireland
5. What would you be doing do if you hadn’t got started in travel? I’d be an architect (or a Formula 1 driver).
6. Favourite music? Pink Floyd (is there any other?)
7. What book did you last read? Moby Dick…again! I love it.
8. Aisle or window seat? Always the window, I hate people climbing over me, and sitting in the window seat gives me somewhere to rest my head.
9. Favourite pastime outside of work? Golf .
10. First website you log onto each day? Crystal Palace Football Club.
11. Best moment of your career to date? Hearing a Mum describe the colours of Sunset at Uluru to her sight impaired daughter – a real tightening at the back of the throat.
12. Biggest problem facing the industry? Apathy.
