Insight not to raise Europe prices

Sunday, 08 Mar, 2005 0

Insight Vacations said it was guaranteeing all of its 2005 European brochure prices for all of this year’s vacations.

Said Mark Kazlauskas, president of the New York-based company:

“With the instability of the US dollar and the increasing strength of the Euro, some of our competitors have found it necessary to add surcharges to their current brochure prices. Because of Insight’s strong buying power, financial position, and good forward currency options, we are able to protect our prices.”

Insight is also offering a $200 savings to specific European destination airfares, valid through 29 April.

The company has accumulated an international following by offering guaranteed departures, good service and quality tour packages, according to Insight officials. Insight appeals to those seeking smaller group sizes while staying at desirable locations.

Insight Vacations has been a leading escorted tour and cruise operator for 25 years, offering trips to the US, Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean and Canada.
