InteleTravel Ireland hails record month of sales
InteleTravel Ireland surpassed €1 million in sales in a month for the first time, in February.
Additionally, average booking values were up 67% compared with the same month last year.
It comes due to an increase in suppliers available to advisors in their booking engine.
There was growth in the number of preferred partners with the addition of Classic Collection, the latest operator to partner.
Classic Collection is returning to the Republic of Ireland after a 15-year absence.
InteleTravel’s growth has been spurred on by the appointment in December of Ann-Marie Durkin as its first Ireland country manager.
Meanwhile, InteleTravel is overhauling its back office and mandatory training modules, with a new onboarding programme about to be released.
InteleTravel UK and Ireland managing director Tricia Handley-Hughes said: “We knew Ireland would take a while to grow, but revenue has been increasing and the appointment of Ann-Marie to steer the growth has already had a big impact.”
