Island Hopping in Croatia
Most travel professionals are familiar with Island Hopping in Greece which one of GMTC’s most popular travel products, but island hopping in Croatia is less well known but equally pleasurable.
The current edition of Vacations and Travel Magazine features a story on Croatian island hopping which describes a cruise which is an integral part of GMTC’s Croatia program.
There are two popular ways to island hop amongst Croatia’s 900 Adriatic Sea islands with Greece and Mediterranean Travel Centre. One way is to take a cruise on a vintage sailing ship for 7 days. There is a wide variety of cruise options and price will vary according the position of the cabin. All vintage sailing ship cruises include continental breakfast and lunch and prices start at a very low $522 per person twin share.
The other GMTC Croatia island hopping option is an 8 day program which starts in Split and finishes in Croatia’s historic trading centre, Dubrovnik and includes several of Croatia’s most popular islands including Hvar and Korcular which is believed to be the birthplace of of one of history’s greatest travellers, Marco Polo.
This programs give the traveller considerable freedom to explore the various islands at leisure.
The Croatia Island hopping program is priced from a modest $1,025 pp twin share. For bookings and details Phone 1300 661 666 or visit www.greecemedtravel.com
