JacTravel confirms management structure
JacTravel has revealed its new leadership structure following the acquisition of TotalStay earlier this year.
The combined business will now be led by an executive team of six people, three formerly from JacTravel and three formerly from TotalStay.
Terry Williamson is chief executive officer of the combined business with Peter Clements, founder of TotalStay, as deputy CEO.
Stuart Ellis will be chief commercial officer responsible for the sales, purchasing, and groups division of JacTravel.
Stuart Nassos will be chief operating officer and Mario Bodini will be executive vice president, responsible for new source market development, with a particular emphasis on the company’s expansion into China and other Asian markets.
Nick Williams will be chief financial officer.
JacTravel CEO Terry Williamson said: "Our leadership team represents the best in the business. We have formed an extremely talented group of people from two successful companies who have an incredible amount of experience in the industry along with a proven track record of delivering success for all stakeholders."
