JAL wants ‘ethical’ travellers to skip in-flight meals
Japan Airlines is inviting passengers to skip in-flight meals for ‘ethical’ reasons.
The ‘JAL Ethical Choice MealSkip Option’ is now available on all international flights.
“You can cancel your meals to enjoy your sleep throughout the flight,” JAL wrote in an email to customers.
Customers can select the ‘No Meal’ option on the JAL website.
For every customer skipping in-flight meals, JAL will donate to a charitable project offering school lunch for children in developing countries.
