JetBlue adds more flights at Boston
JetBlue announced a big expansion at Boston Logan International Airport with additional frequencies on a dozen routes.
It is part of JetBlue’s goal of reaching 200 daily departures from BOS in the coming years.
It will add more flights over the summer and fall on 12 existing routes including Austin, Chicago O’Hare, Detroit, Nashville, Orlando and Washington National.
With the addition of flights to D.C.’s Reagan National Airport it will offer near hourly service through the day.
It will also offer similar frequencies to the New York metro area from Boston.
The additional flights, which begin in the summer, will go on sale this weekend.
JetBlue now offers nonstop service from Boston to more than 70 destinations across the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America.
