JetBlue has named Doug McGraw as new corporate communications vice president.
It is a promotion for McGraw who moves up the ladder from his role as corporate communications director which he has held for three years.
He replaces Nancy Elder, who left JetBlue late last year.
McGraw will oversee the carrier’s complete communications strategy which covers media relations, reputation management, social media and internal communications.
McGraw reports to CEO Robin Hayes.
"Over the past several years, Doug has played a critical part in communicating the JetBlue difference to our crewmembers, customers and owners. I look forward to working with him to share our story," Hayes said.
JetBlue also promoted Elizabeth Windram to VP of marketing.
She had been JetBlue’s director of brand and advertising for the past two years.
