Jumeriah Group announces second hotel in Turkey
The Jumeirah Group has chosen Bodrum on the Aegean coast to open its second hotel in Turkey.
The Dubai-based luxury hotel company has signed a management agreement with Targets Investment Turizm Isletmeleri AS to transform the previously known Golden Savoy into the Jumeirah Bodrum Palace Hotel.
The hotel, which has 135 rooms consisting of suites, villas and a six-bedroom palace, is scheduled to open on May 1, 2015.
‘The Palace’ is 2000 square metres with six deluxe bedrooms. Guests have twenty-four hour access to a dedicated butler service as well as private beaches, pools, Jacuzzis and more.
The Jumeirah Group started operating the Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah in Istanbul in 2011.
Gerald Lawless, president and Group CEO of Jumeirah Group, said: "To have the opportunity of extending our brand presence in Turkey is a key strategic development for Jumeirah."
