Jumeriah Group installs face ID check-in
Hospitality firm Jumeirah Group inked a strategic partnership with Incode Technologies to offer face ID biometric check-in.
The system uses a guest’s identity to customise personalised experiences, on and off property.
The fully automated identity verification engine validates the identity of a guest with a Jumeirah One account.
A digital profile for each guest is created from existing IDs and payment sources.
Guests use their faces to fully manage their stay, from using a digital key to ordering amenities and room service.
They can also pay for any service without the need for a physical payment card.
“With our new partnership with Incode, we will leverage the system’s personal recognition capabilities to tailor the guest experience,” said Pedro Deakin, SVP of Brand & Design at Jumeirah Group.
