KAYAK to kick off partnership with Newcastle United
Travel search engine KAYAK is Newcastle United’s new official shirt sleeve sponsor for the 2021/22 Premier League season.
First team players will wear KAYAK branding on the shirt sleeve of all home, away and third kits for the forthcoming season.
The strategic partnership marks the first ever football sponsorship for KAYAK, as it seeks to enhance its brand awareness and engagement.
"We are thrilled to kick off our first football partnership with Newcastle United. It’s an honour to be associated with the team and we look forward to expanding our presence amongst the players and their global fanbase," Per Christiansen, VP EMEA Marketing said.
Founded in 2004, KAYAK’s travel search engine enables travellers to compare prices across multiple providers in one location for flights, hotels, hire cars, trains and holiday packages.
Dale Aitchison, Newcastle United’s Head of Commercial, said: "We are very excited to become KAYAK’s first football partnership and to begin our journey together."
