Ken Muskat rejoins MSC Cruises as US operations chief
MSC Cruises is welcoming Ken Muskat back with a newly created role.
Muskat left the line to manage SkySea Cruise Line in Shanghai, and now returns to MSC as executive vice president and chief operating officer for the US.
Muskat reports to North America president, Roberto Fusaro and will oversee all travel trade relationship management, hotel operations, revenue management, marketing and communications.
With his joining in this newly-created role, which will bring directly under him all key trade and consumer-facing functions in the U.S. market, we are looking to take our commitment especially to our travel agent partners to the next level," said Gianni Onorato, CEO of MSC Cruises.
"North America is quickly becoming our most important source market, thanks to the investments made in new hardware as well as infrastructure to meet growth in demand."
Muskat will be based out of MSC Cruises’ US headquarters in Fort Lauderdale.
