New Zealand has won an international award at the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE) Chapter of the Year awards held in Barcelona, Spain, with the New Zealand Chapter of SITE winning the WildCard category honouring special achievements.

Five chapters received awards for their unparalleled efforts in 2006 and award winners were selected by the International Chapter Leadership Council in the categories of Chapter of the Year, Education, Special Events, Membership and Wild Card. Other winners included Finland, Florida, Great Britain and Southern California.

“All of our 2006 winning chapters have common strategic approaches allowing them to be at the pinnacle of success,” said SITE CEO, Brenda Anderson from SITE Headquarters in Chicago, USA.

“We thank them all for serving as role models not only for our organization but also for the incentive industry as a whole. We are profoundly proud of their achievements and look forward to their continued growth.

Founded in 1973, SITE is the only international, not-for-profit, professional society devoted to the pursuit of excellence in incentives, a multi-billion dollar global industry.

SITE has over 2,100 members in 87 countries, with 34 local and regional chapters.

Congratulations New Zealand!
