Kosmar offers staff interest-free loans
Kosmar is offering colleagues interest-free loans of up to £750 to help ease financial woes caused by the coronavirus.
The Sheffield-based business said the loans would include a ‘flexible payment plan’ starting in August.
Staff have already received a £350 bonus to help with immediate financial difficulties.
The operator recently invested in a benefits and wellness programme for colleagues. Operated by a third party, the scheme offers discounts with thousands of companies across the world in addition to a well-being programme.
Managing Director Jhy Worsnop-Hesford said: "Our fantastic colleagues stood by us in our time of need and continue to do so. We stand ready to support them through the difficulties they may face in these uncertain times.
"Their hard work and dedication has helped stabilise our business and prepare of us for the further challenges we expect over the next year or so. Through their efforts and our solid liquidity position, we will emerge from this stronger."
