Kudos Travel Technology partners with Amadeus
Brisbane-based tech company Kudos Travel Technology has inked a new partnership agreement with Amadeus to offer more streamlined options for travel agents and TMCs.
Working with Amadeus, Kudos has rolled out a new passport scanning feature within its platform which can be quickly uploaded, verified and synchronized with its booking tools, as well as global distribution systems, such as the Amadeus Travel Platform.
Kudos is also piloting ‘Zeus,’ a new natural language application powered by machine learning, providing quick access to profile information and real-time alerts.
"Zeus enables us to provide faster access to data for travellers and travel arrangers and it’s also a massive time-saver for travel consultants. Natural language, in particular voice, is the next frontier in human-computer interaction and we’re leveraging that within our platform," said Phil Rasmussen, MD at Kudos Travel Technology.
Kudos has been collaborating with Amadeus for a decade since integrating its platform with Amadeus e-Travel Management solution.
It develops corporate travel tech tools and solutions for GDS integration and third-party systems.
