Kuoni sells two Caribbean hotels
Rex Resorts has acquired two Caribbean hotels from Kuoni Travel.
Kuoni will continue to feature 88-room Discovery Bay in Barbados and 111-room Hawksbill Beach in Antigua.
Discovery Bay is Res Resorts first property in Barbados while Hawksbill Beach is the company’s third hotel in Antigua.
Rex Resorts now owns and operates 10 hotels in the Caribbean as well as two in Kenya and a safari lodge.
The company’s sales and amrketing director Tommy Correia said: “Both hotels perfectly reflect our brand values of fine beachfront locations, friendly, informal atmospheres and unbeatable value for money.”
Rex said Kuoni would continue to be an important partner along with a wide variety of other European tour operators.
