“In addition to the recently opened Ibis Salmiya that stretches to include magnificent sights of the breathtaking Arabian Gulf seafront, future developments of Action Hotels include another Accor hotel project, Ibis Sharq, a 160 room hotel located within the heart of Kuwait’s business development district, Sharq area, and will be also be adjacent to one of the largest, mixed use retail shopping center developments in Kuwait, the hotel planned to operate in May 2009.”

Speaking at the official opening ceremony, McGrath said, “The growth of Ibis in the Middle East owes a great deal to the commitment and faith in the brand shown by Sheikh Mubarak’s Action Group.”
