Landal GreenParks UK adds two new resorts
Self-catering specialist Landal GreenParks UK has added two new resorts into its UK portfolio.
It brings the total of UK destinations to 15.
The new sites will undergo a multimillion-pound investment programme.
The two new resorts are Landal Whalesborough Resort & Spa in Bude, Cornwall and Landal Twin Lakes in The Lake District.
:The UK continues to be an important region in the Landal GreenParks European portfolio and we’re excited about the impact of these geographically strategic additions,” said Robbie Davies, Development Director at Landal GreenParks UK.
Landal Whalesborough Resort & Spa is set in 450 acres in the Cornish countryside that runs down to the coast near Bude.
It features 24 cottages, barn conversions and a refurbished farmhouse dating back to the 14th century.
The resort will have 50-60 new, luxury self-catering units developed over the next two years.
Landal Whalesborough Resort & Spa includes an onsite farm where children can interact with alpacas, lambs, piglets and goats.
Amenities include a restaurant, spa, gym and indoor/outdoor swimming pools.
Landal Twin Lakes offers eco-friendly two-storey, lakeside lodges with panoramic glass frontage.
It will also be expanded over the coming years with 60 units available for rental.
