Lastminute appointed official partner for new family scheme
Lastminute has been appointed the official family travel partner for the government-supported new ‘Your Family Plan’ initiative.
Under the scheme a handbook is given to all parents who register the birth of their new baby, containing helpful information and tips on all aspects of family life, including travel.
Parents will also have access to an online help hub providing information about travelling with children and infants, including tips from the online travel agent.
Each handbook also contains a unique voucher code for new parents to get a discount with the company.
Lastminute said around 10% of customer requests it receives are related to travelling with young children.
