Lastminute improves hotel offering
Lastminute.com has launched a hotel extranet which allows suppliers to amend room availability and prices themselves.
The system, which has been designed in-house, is available across the online firm’s nine markets.
Lastminute.com UK managing director Helen Webb (left) said that she expects 70% of the company’s hotel suppliers to be using the new extranet by the end of the year. She added: “By the end of 2003, we expect that all lastminute.com accommodation suppliers will be using the online service and customers will find an even more reliable service when they book hotels via lastminute.com.”
