Independent chalet company More Mountain is knocking £200 per person off all stays at its French catered chalets for New Year, or 20% off the full chalet price when booked for exclusive use, which represents a saving of up to £2,640.

The offer applies to all More Mountain’s luxurious catered chalets for stays between December 30 and January 6. Prices include return airport transfers from Geneva, seven nights’ half-board accommodation and afternoon tea and a ski drop off and pick up service. Discounts of 20% are also available for its 25 self-catered apartments for New Year.

Bramble Ski, which claims to be the largest luxury chalet operator in the Alps, has a new mega-chalet, Christiana Residence, in Zermatt. Catering for large groups and families, it offers eight individual apartments, which range from a one-bedroom bolthole to a seven-bedroom penthouse apartment with its own wellness facilities. They can be rented individually or as one exclusive chalet sleeping up to 48 in 24 bedrooms.

Christiania Residence is the first in Bramble Ski’s portfolio to offer a non-serviced, self-catered option, which is available in addition to its serviced self-catered, bed and breakfast and catered options.

Ski Total is offering a stay in the Chalet Beau Vallon in La Tania, in the heart of the 3 Valleys ski area, from £748pp, departing on January 7.

Meanwhile, sister brand Esprit Ski is offering the Chalet Hotel Ducs de Savoie in Val d’Isere, part of the Espace Killy ski area, from £1,520pp during February half term. The price includes flights from Gatwick and seven nights’ catered accommodation.
